Soul Flow Yoga

Ja has taught Soul Flow for 15 years. This is an all levels Vinyasa Flow that is designed to take you to a peak then cool you down to enjoy a 7-10 minute Savasana. You will move and sweat. This class is accessible to most active people. It’s for all levels of yogis. We get up and down and play with balancing on one leg. You will be challenged through all 8 limbs of the practice. Bring a towel and your playful spirit.
